About the event

Speaker: Josh Wise, Economic Development Specialist

Details: Talent Pipeline Management

Talent pipeline management is a strategic approach employed by organizations to ensure a steady and high-quality influx of skilled individuals into their workforce. It involves identifying, nurturing, and cultivating potential candidates who align with the company's values and requirements, even before specific job openings arise. By establishing a robust talent pipeline, companies can proactively address their current and future staffing needs, reducing time-to-fill for critical positions and enhancing overall recruitment efficiency. This process typically involves a combination of employer branding, networking, skill development programs, and continuous engagement with candidates. Successful talent pipeline management not only minimizes talent gaps but also fosters a culture of continuous growth and learning within the organization. RSVP today to learn more about creating and manageing a successful talent pipeline.
