Presenter Bio: Jessica, the Owner of the local Express Employment Professionals franchise, leverages over 21 years of staffing industry expertise to deliver innovative advice and recruitment strategies to her clients. Beginning as a temporary associate in 2003, Jessica quickly rose through the ranks to serve in pivotal roles such as Front Office Coordinator, Staffing Consultant, Business Developer, and Operations Manager. In 2007, she acquired the Coeur d’Alene/Post Falls franchise and led her team to elevate the office from the bottom 30% to the top 22% among over 850 offices across four countries. They have achieved recognition as Best of Employment agencies for a straight decade. Jessica has impacted thousands of lives throughout her career, recruiting for over 1,800 companies.

Recognized as one of the top 30 under the age of 40 in 2011 and 2018, Jessica has received prestigious accolades, including the Presidential Award from the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce and the Highest Achiever Award from Dale Carnegie Courses. She is a Paul Harris Fellow for Rotary and has been honored with the Outstanding Service award in 2019, serving as Club President in 2021-2022 and receiving the Distinguished Service award in 2023. Under her leadership, Express Coeur d’Alene has been consistently named the Best of Employment Agencies for nine consecutive years and awarded Business of the Year by the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce and Post Falls Food Bank.

Jessica, together with her husband Robert, shares a passion for North Idaho recreation, enjoying skiing, snowshoeing, camping, fishing, boating, golfing, and hockey with their two young boys, Brock and Rowan.
