About the event

Topic:

Bad bosses aren’t born; they’re created by broken systems, outdated promotion practices, and a lack of real leadership support. The focus is on building sustainable leadership pathways, clear accountability, and the right support so managers succeed—and the bad boss cycle stops for good.
