This training provides a practical and legally sound approach to understanding workplace harassment and responding appropriately when concerns arise. Participants will learn how to recognize different forms of harassment, understand employer obligations, and foster a culture of respect and accountability. The session will also walk through the key steps in conducting a thorough, impartial, and defensible workplace investigation, including intake, documentation, interviewing techniques, credibility assessments, confidentiality considerations, and the preparation of findings. Attendees will leave with clear guidance, best practices, and tools to manage complaints while reducing organizational risk confidently.
